As a mother myself, I understand the depth to which it takes our bodies to create and sustain another life. Nutrition needs change throughout this journey. When you work with me you will begin to connect to yourself in the deepest way. I believe finding the lost connection to your most productive self should be found through a combined approach of whole food living and eating, breathwork, movement, stillness, and fun.
