I am here on this earth to touch hearts and homes through deep meaningful and intentional connection. I help my clients to really get to know themselves once and for all! I believe finding this lost connection to yourself should be done though a combined approach of whole food living, breath work, movement, stillness, and fun! 

Yes, self work is difficult and it takes practice. But if we can’t figure out the right mix for us, unfortunately the outward experience we have here on earth will not be all that it can be!

Taking care of yourself from the inside-out can look different for each of my clients. You may need lots of suggestions and help, you may just need a helping hand and accountability. Whatever it is for you, I feel confident I  can guide you through a bio-individual approach to health and healing.
